What is a bus pass?

A bus pass is fun and easy way to travel through Mexico and Central America. You decide which destinations you would like to visit and we will make all the reservations. So you chose the desired bus pass and from there we will take care of everything.

What kind of transportation do you use?

We use first class public buses and mini vans. With first class public buses it will be your responsibility to get to the bus station. With min vans it will be a hostel pick up and hostel drop off. In this case, you will also have to let us know where you are staying.


How will I receive information?

Everything will be done electronically. You should be in regular contact with us via email and we will be sending you all the information regarding your next departure to your email address. You can also contact us on Skype or call us to receive information.

How do I pick up my tickets?

Similar to airlines, we will send you a confirmation code via email. You need to present this code with an ID at the bus station and then they will print your tickets for you. With mini vans, you won't need any tickets.

How can I contact Bus Pass Mexico if I want to change my itinerary?

You can either email us, Skype us, or Gmail Chat us and we will make the necessary changes to your itinerary. You can also contact us via these means should you need any kind of help or support.

How long is my bus pass valid?

Your bus pass has no time limit. You can use it for as long as you need!
